Captain Trupti Karnavat, Founder of RFT Aviation Academy, leads a bold vision to make high-quality aviation training accessible across India. A Certified Flight Instructor with a Commercial Pilot License and Instrument Rating from the USA, she holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a diploma in Aircraft Maintenance from West Los Angeles College.
Through RFT Aviation Academy Capt. Trupti Karnavat aims to prepare students for real-world aviation with confidence and precision

Mr Motilal D Sankla
Mr. Motilal Sankla was a pioneering entrepreneur who began his business journey at 19. After completing his B.Com and LLB, he established Vijay Oil Mill in Chakan, now known as Mahavir Oil & Foods, manufacturing edible oils. In 1990, he launched Chakan’s first residential-commercial real estate project and played a key role in industrial land development across the region. Passionate about women’s education, he founded Chakan Arts and Commerce College and Navonmesh School, offering subsidized education to underprivileged children. He also held leadership roles in several organizations including Pearl Promoters, Rotary Club of Chakan, and Siddhachalam Charitable Trust.
Mr Atul Nemichand Dhadiwal
​Mr. Atul Dhadiwal is a seasoned engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in avionics, instrumentation, and aerospace systems. A topper from PREC Loni, he began his career in R&D at Bajaj Tempo before joining HAL Nashik, where he worked on aircraft upgradation, avionics, navigation, and autopilot systems. He later led major electrical and instrumentation projects across aerospace and industrial sectors. Since 2018, he has also provided technical consultancy in commercial litigation. As Founder & Technical Lead of an avionics venture, he now mentors aspiring aviators, blending hands-on expertise with leadership in aerospace innovation.

Mr Sunny M Sankla
​Mr. Sunny Sankla has over 9 years of diverse experience across retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and consultancy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting & IT from the University of Queensland and an MSc in Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the UK. He interned with global brands like Coles and Colgate, and worked as a supply chain planner with Tesco, gaining key insights into product life cycles and logistics efficiency. At Walmart India, he collaborated with 700+ vendors, honing his skills in supply chain management, cost control, and retail operations
